• Mortgage loan originator test: enrollment, payment, the testing window and official results are handled in your NMLS account; the NMLS testing FAQ covers most of them. Appointments are made and moved with Prometric. The license itself is issued by each state regulator.
• Life and health insurance exam: the exam appointment goes through your state's vendor, while the license application, fingerprints and renewal go to the state insurance department. The life and health exam facts name the vendor for each state covered.
• WCC: eligibility review, applications and recertification sit with NAWCO (certification requirements); test appointments are booked with Prometric once you are approved.
• CWS: applications, references and approval go through ABWM (how to apply); the exam is then scheduled with Pearson VUE.
• FP-C: IBSC handles the application, fees and renewal (IBSC exam FAQs); test center and remote sessions are booked with Prometric.

With no inbox, errors are found by going back to the sources, not by waiting for reports. Every fact table cites a source per row with its check date, so the age of a figure is visible at a glance and you can verify it yourself. When a correction is made it changes the single record behind the fact and every page that uses it, as the editorial policy describes. Until then, if an owner's current document and a table here disagree, go by the owner.
